The committee and I pray that this message finds you and your family healthy and well. Planning for next year’s reunion is already underway, and we are so excited to share some new and exciting updates!
This year, we have made a few important changes, including how to order your reunion shirts and access event information. We now have our very own family reunion website romero.family, where you’ll find details about the schedule, lodging, activities, shirt orders, and more—all in one place!
Please read through this entire letter carefully, as some details have changed from past years. We can’t wait to reunite, make new memories, and celebrate our family’s legacy together!
FAMILY REUNION T-SHIRTS
Please order by January 31, 2026 (through the form or website).
We have gone with a different vendor this year, and it is vital that you mark the correct family group on your order form. This year, we will have one color—Kelly Green—for all shirts, featuring the family group name on the front along with the year. The purchase of the T-shirts is optional. These shirts are a soft cotton-blend material, designed for comfort and durability. Men’s shirts are a standard fit, while women’s shirts are tapered to the body and will cling to the torso. If you prefer a loose fit, please order one size up or select a men’s style.

VOLUNTEERS
We are in need of volunteers to help out for events throughout the day. Please reach out to the committee contacts to sign up.

Our goal is ALWAYS to have to fun. Wrist bands will be handed out in case you leave our area and return. Children will not be allowed to leave area for safety reasons, our area is enclosed and will have security at gate. E-bikes and non -medical motorize scooters will not be allowed in the enclosed area.
Donations are welcome for the following reunions and those monies are used to pay for park, security, games and music.
FOOD – Provided by Arizona families, should be warmer in March, remember to kept food cold or warm, we do not have a kitchen. Picnic food preferred. If you have food issues/allergies etc. please bring your own as we are not able to accommodate for individual requirements.
BYOB – NO GLASS CONTAINERS
SMOKING IS NOT permitted at the park unless you are in your enclosed vehicle
ALL RAFFLES – will be handled by committee members
VOLUNTEERS – We are in need of assistance with ALL events.
